Refund policy
You may refund or exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return and shipping of exchanged items. Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, and resalable) condition, in the original manufacturer packaging, promotional items included. For your protection, items must be returned shipping prepaid, insured for the full value and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage.
We carefully inspect all products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted with images of the shipping box or envelope and all shipping labels to: shop@calmingflames.com within 3 days of delivery.
